Quality Assurance

All microphones undergo a 24 to 48 hour burn-in followed by additional testing before shipping to verify the microphone meets the expectations of our customers and SPM. We try to have a supply of tested microphones ready to ship but occasionally shipment is delayed due to ongoing testing.


Warranty Information

All microphones sold by Stellar Professional Microphone are warrantied for a period of two years from the original purchase date. Microphone tubes are warrantied for a period of one year. This warranty is only available to the original owner only and is not transferable. SPM aims to deliver microphones with zero defects but occasionally problems arise.


If you have any difficulty with your SPM microphone please use the CONTACT form to let us know how we can assist you. In many cases, the issue can be resolved via email.


If we determine you need to return your product and subsequently determine that the failure is covered by the warranty, shipping fees will be split between SPM and the customer. The customer covers the shipping to SPM. SPM will pay the return shipping. Please do not ship any returns until you contact us.


What the warranty covers

Your warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. SPM will repair or replace any product owned by the original purchaser that does not perform correctly.


What the warranty does not cover

Any failure not caused by the product's original shipping configuration including any and all attempts to change or in any way modify the product. Any modification will void your warranty.

Any failure due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, incorrect use or installation, improper voltage selection, or any failure not directly caused by and traceable to the original components in the original product configuration.

Any and all products not manufactured by SPM.
